TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings, Deposits and Cancellations
Upon placing a booking and paying a deposit we make arrangements with instructors, if you subsequently cancel a booking the instructor will loose work which he/she could have arranged elsewhere, as such all deposits are non refundable.

Alterations & Cancellations by Celtic Events
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that activities actually run, we reserve the right to vary or cancel any course if this should become necessary due to dangerous or unsuitable conditions beyond our control. In the event of cancellation by Celtic Events an alternative activity will be offered.

General Conditions
Celtic Events is dedicated to the safety of their clients and all activities are operated to a high standard of safety. However there is always an element of unforeseen risk, due to the environment, or a mistake made by another. Anyone wishing to take part in an activity operated by Celtic Events does so at their own risk. In no circumstances shall the organisers be liable for any loss or damage caused to the participant’s personal belongings or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever.
